Upcoming Charlotte Oktoberfest:
To take place on Saturday, the 25th of September.  Many of you have committed to donate a keg or two of homebrew to this cause.  Arrangements to get some of you kegs that do not have them will be made as promised.  You will receive free entry to the festival, access to tasting over 350 great commercial beers, many homebrews, use of private facilities, food, and our club will get good recognition and its place in the sun.  I will get other questions answered for you such as hotel accommodations, what our minimum donation should be (I believe 8 kegs) I will have this question answered soon, and other questions that come up.

Club Library:
(It is currently limited to the books listed below, but will increase over time.  Books and DVD’s will be loaned with a small deposit based on demand.)

1.) Brewing Classic Styles by Jamil Zainasheff and John Palmer.
2.) How to Brew by John J. Palmer.
3.) A textbook of Brewing by Jean De Clerck Vol. I and Vol. II.
