Our next regular meeting will be at Hobcaw Brewing Co on September 6th beginning at noon. As always, please RSVP your beers in the comments below or on the Facebook post.

We will also be doing the ingredient assignment for our new “Iron Brewer” project at this meeting! Iron Brewer is a project open to dues-paid members. In a nutshell, participants will randomly be assigned 3 ingredients, and must do their best to create a brew incorporating those ingredients. For more details, and to sign up for the project, see the sign-up sheet here. This project is going to be a lot of fun, and I can’t wait to see what everyone comes up with!
