Voted best English Pale Ale by the membership and brewed at Oak Road
The recipe is based on Southern Tiers pumpking so I can not take credit for it, though I added lactose because I thought it needed more mouthfeel and a little creamines . I tend to err a tad more on the spices only because they fade somewhat quickly.
Took first place at PSB competition with a similar recipe
An absolutely fantastic Imperial black IPA recipe. LOTS of hops.
Mild but characterful
